Terms of service

1. The service and these terms

Testerloop is an app-store research service and closed-testing community provided by Selo Corp (“we”). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you use Testerloop on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• One person, one account. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, after notice where reasonable.

3. Store data

Store data is collected automatically from public sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. It is provided “as is” for research; do not rely on it as the only basis for important decisions. Apple, App Store, Google and Google Play are trademarks of their owners; Testerloop is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

4. Testing community rules

• Only list apps you own or are authorised to distribute, and only through official testing links (Google Play testing, TestFlight, Google Groups).
• No malware, phishing, illegal content, apps that violate store policies, or apps that collect testers’ data without a lawful basis and a privacy policy.
• Testers must really install and use the app and give honest feedback. Fake check-ins, multiple accounts, paid or automated testing, or credit manipulation lead to account closure.
• As an app owner you are the data controller for data your app collects from testers.
• Credits are an in-service score with no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or refunded and expire when your account is closed.
• We do not guarantee that store testing requirements will be met or that an app will be approved.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are sold by Lemon Squeezy LLC, which acts as merchant of record: it processes the payment, issues the invoice, handles taxes and provides the purchase terms at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel in the customer portal at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Lemon Squeezy’s refund policy and mandatory consumer law. For consumers in Türkiye, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services performed immediately with your approval (Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15/1-ğ); this does not limit any other statutory right.

6. Acceptable use

Do not scrape or bulk-export data beyond your plan’s features, try to bypass rate limits or security measures, probe or attack the service, resell access, or use Testerloop to harass others.

7. Your content

You keep the rights to what you post (test requests, feedback). You grant us a limited licence to host and show it inside the service so it can work. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Testerloop available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features; if we make material changes to these terms we will ask you to accept the new version when you next sign in.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the statutory limits. Consumers elsewhere keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
