One radar, three daily jobs

Most app intelligence tools are built for big publishers. Testerloop does the three things an independent developer checks every morning.

Spot launches while they are small

Filter by country, store and category and see apps released in the last hours. The yellow marker flags anything from the last three days.

Closed testing, done together

Google Play asks new personal developer accounts for a closed test with at least 12 testers over 14 days in a row before production. A squad gives your app 15.

Join with your app. Add your closed-test link and three or more questions only someone who opened your app can answer.

  2. 2

  3. 3

14 days together. Each day, open every teammate’s app and answer its question of the day. Reminders keep everyone on track.

  4. 4

Finish and get a report. Your deposit comes back with a bonus, plus a summary for Google’s production access questions.

Frequently asked

Where does the data come from?

App Store data comes from Apple’s public iTunes RSS and Lookup services; Google Play data comes from the store’s public pages. Install counts are the lower bound Google Play displays, not estimates.

What is the difference between “newly released” and “new chart entry”?

Newly released apps have a first store release date inside your selected range. New chart entries are apps seen in that country’s chart for the first time, even if they are older. Google Play often hides release dates, so many Android launches appear as chart entries.

How do test squads make sure testers are real?

Each day, every member answers a question about each teammate’s app that only someone who opened it can answer. Members who miss two days are dropped and lose their deposit, which goes to the members who kept going.

Who processes payments?

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy; your card details never reach Testerloop servers. Cancel any time and keep your plan until the end of the period.

Can I use Testerloop for free?

Yes. The free plan includes the radar for one country with a 7-day window, a small watchlist and one test squad at a time. Free pages show a few ads; paid plans have none.
