Data requests

You can exercise your rights under KVKK Article 11 and GDPR Articles 15–22 free of charge. We answer within 30 days. To protect your data we only act on requests we can link to you.

If you have an account

• Sign in and open Settings → Privacy & data.
• Download my data gives you a JSON file with everything stored about your account immediately.
• Product news lets you grant or withdraw marketing consent in one click.
• Submit a data request for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, recipients or compensation. You can follow its status on the same page.
• Delete account erases your account and related records immediately.

Other channels

• Email selocorp@outlook.com from the address registered with us.

Include your full name, the email linked to your account (if any) and what you are asking for. App developers whose public store data appears in Testerloop can use the email channel to object.

If you are not satisfied

You can complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (kvkk.gov.tr) within 30 days of our reply, or within 60 days of your application if we do not reply (KVKK art. 14). In the EU/EEA you can contact your local supervisory authority.
