Delete your Testerloop account
You can delete your account and its data at any time, from the app or the website, or by asking us by email.
Delete it yourself (takes a minute)
- 1Sign in at testerloop.store or open the Testerloop app.
- 2Go to Settings and scroll to "Delete account".
- 3Type the confirmation word and press "Permanently delete my account".
Or ask us by email
Send an email from the address you sign in with to selocorp@outlook.com with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

- Your account, profile and sign-in details
- Watchlist, saved searches and alerts
- Credits, test requests, squad memberships, feedback and notifications
- Consent records
- An active subscription is cancelled automatically
What is kept, and for how long
- Payment and invoice records: kept by our payment provider for 10 years, as tax law requires
- Closed data requests and our answers: 3 years, to prove we handled them
- Server and email delivery logs: usually up to 30 days at the provider
- Backups: purged within 30 days
